My friend wants to try this Filipino fast-food. He said that it was so famous on Philippines. It’s far in our place so we use car and it took half an hour before we came here. They have huge space on parking but there are only few spaces are available due to lot of cars and customers. My friend orders our food and I’m the one who look for our table. At first there are no available luckily there are groups of friend are done eating. The staff clean the mess immediately. Since there are lot of customer we just wait until our order was served. I really wanted to love Jollibee. We had tried it in a suburban location and found it underwhelming. I gave it another chance and not much changed to alter my opinion. The ChickenJoy was crispy on the outside and moist inside. The problem is that it has absolutely no flavor. Dipping it in the gravy certainly helped, but the chicken should stand on its own. The mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty standard for fast food. The pineapple coconut pie was awesome though. Service was fine. Nothing special. Small dining room which was crowded during lunch. In a city with amazing fried chicken, there are too many outstanding options for me to justify coming back to mediocre
If you're planning to order takeout from this location, be sure to check that you have the correct items before leaving. I drove for an hour, and when I got home, I found that instead of two pieces of chicken, I only received one! Additionally, the quality of the chicken didn't match the original Chickenjoy that I remember. The breading had a different taste and texture. I couldn't finish my meal. Although I had a disappointing experience the first time, I thought I would give it another shot, but this is what I ended up with. So, I’ve decided not to dine at Jollibee here in the US again.
This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I've always wanted to come back. During my last visit, I ordered the Chicken Joy, pasta, pineapple juice, and mango pie, which I highly recommend for first-timers. This time, I tried the Chicken Joy and palabok. The palabok consists of very thin noodles served with shrimp sauce; it's savory and mild without an overwhelming aroma. They are currently open for dine-in, which makes it great for enjoying the crispy texture of their chicken. I would definitely recommend this place as a must-try if you're a fan of fried chicken.

The fried chicken was decent, but that was the highlight of the meal. Everything else tasted like it came from a can. The service was terrible; not a single employee greeted us or said thank you. It was clear that they didn’t care about their customers. The cashier made a mistake with our order and forgot three items, without offering any apology. The bathrooms were also in poor condition, with no toilet paper. Overall, I would rate the food as 2 out of 5.
We visited Jollibee for the first time for dinner on a Saturday, just the two of us. We shared several items: the Aloha Yumburger, chicken strips, and Palabok Fiesta. We found everything to be quite delicious. My favorite was the Aloha Yumburger, while my daughter preferred the Palabok Fiesta. The chicken strips were quite large, so we ended up taking some home. We will definitely be returning in the future to explore more of the menu!
Great crispy chicken, delicious, sweet mango pies, and refreshing pineapple juice! Honestly, almost everything I've ever had here is delicious. Lots of items are a little different as its a Filipino company, but honestly give them a shot, the sweet spaghetti is really good! My only issue is its a little pricey for what it is. Don't get me wrong you pay for what you get, but I always find my total being higher than usual when I go here.
I really enjoy Jollibee at Seafood City. It truly takes me back to the Philippines. Occasionally, the wait can be long (there's even a sign mentioning they're short-staffed and asking for patience), but my most recent visit was surprisingly quick. If you’re trying Jollibee for the first time, I highly recommend the fried chicken with adobo rice, the spaghetti, and the mango pie. Those are definitely my favorites!
