It is usually busy during peak hours so busy that you have to wait to be seated.I suggest getting the original chicken instead of the spicy one. The original better and you can really taste the chicken compared to the spicy which is like eating chilli but in a rather tender and juicy texture.(this is a personal opinion I meant no offense to those who love spicy foods).The palabok is okay but not good nor greatThe spaghetti is goodPeach mango pie is a favorite the only problem is when you are too excited to eat that you burn your tongue so do be careful.Pineapple juice is better than other drink optionsI just hope they consider adding the coke /coffee float in the menu.....And maybe add more...
I was a great fan of the chain, but in my last visit I ordered the Palabok Fiesta, one of my favourites, and I was disappointed and surprised to find that it didn’t have the usual shrimps. I told the manager and another employee about this and they said that it was an upgrade because the shrimp was “mixed” in the sauce. I also saw that the whole portion and the egg slices were ridiculously reduced compared to what it used to be in my previous visits. Is this really a way to maintain profit? Why not just add the 30 cents of shrimp and egg to the price. Shrinkflation becomes shrimpflation. Sad and disappointing.
The Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with 1 side and drink was definitely worth the price. The chicken in the sandwich is juicy and crispy on the outside, and the portion size is generous compared to other places. The 3 Piece Jolly Crispy Chicken with 1 side was also really good. We ordered one spicy piece and two original pieces, and they were all delicious. The chicken at this restaurant never fails to impress, and I believe it is worth every penny.
I love Jollibee's gravy. I love original chicken too. But for me gravy is awesome more than chicken!!! Lol 6 for $20 come with on gravy) and 10 for $30 come with two gravy). So, I ordered 10. And extra gravy $2.50) and peach mango pie $3.50). So, totalfor $40. Spaghetti Philippines spaghetti is little bit sweet taste), peach mango pie and pineapple juice are famous. When I gothere day before then they had banana langka pie by limited edition.

The only reason for 4 star is for the delay in service I experienced. Placed an order for pick up at 1.45pm , reached the store on time, and I was able to leave only by 2.20pm . This puts me on doubt for ordering online prior. Well this experience left me no choice to get the idea that there's no difference btw online pickup or direct walk in . Well if you guys could work on the delay, it's a 5 star . Absolutely loved the food .
This is my second time visiting this location. The chicken is made crunchy and tender inside. The service is very good here. Highly recommend this location. The only drawback is the limited seating. Visited on June 17th 2023.Wheelchair accessibility: Washroom is accessible.
I've never had any issues with this Jollibee location, so I'm thankful that it's conveniently close to me. The chicken is consistently fresh and the sides are always served hot. There's really nothing to complain about, I highly recommend this place.
ordered spicy chicken. received regular chicken. also lid on gravy wasnt closed properly, so gravy was leaking all over bag. was so messy. also, container for burger steak was too small to fit 6, so some got crushed.
