This is probably the best BBQ I've had in quite a while. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich, which was tender and sweet, exactly as true southern cooking should be. I also sampled the okra on the side, and it was wonderfully seasoned and lightly breaded—absolutely delightful! The portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, and you can enjoy a cold Bud Light or select from other beers as well. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service was exceptional. I can confidently say this is a place I will definitely return to!
I ordered the shrimp Po Boy and a side of fried sweet corn, and it was absolutely amazing! What a fantastic find right in our own neighborhood. As my boyfriend described it, “the service felt like it was from a high-end bistro, not your usual casual dining experience.” The food was exceptional, and the chef who prepared and served it was wonderful. He was truly passionate about his gourmet dishes and happily answered all our questions. We've certainly discovered a new weekend tradition! Thank you for a perfect lunch!
I ate here before, and it was really good, so I really wanted to come eat here again. Since my last visit, I have started a new diet, but eating grilled chicken breast (without the bread, due to diet) is ok on my diet. It was MOIST DELICIOUS, and possibly the best grilled chicken breast that I have ever had!!! Even if you are on a diet, I highly recommend you to at least try the grilled chicken breast.
