Esta en el pueblo de El Cuadrón,en la carretera de Lozoyuela a Rascafria! Pequeño y acogedor restaurante en la Sierra de Madrid,mi querida sierra!! Lo descubrí con mi cuñado después de un pateo al Pico Nevero!! Tienen un menú por 20€,con varios platos,relación calidad precio,excepcional!! Recomiendo los Judíones de Montejo y el entrecot a la la brasa!! Que te hacen a tu gusto en la parrilla de la terraza!! Y con la posibilidad de comer fuera,a la sombra de los árboles,viendo la sierra y oliendo a carne a la brasa!! Lo dicho,espectacular!!
