José María - Tisch reservieren

Nice and cozy restaurant in Segovia. We have come because we wanted to eat the suckling pig. We did not have a reservation, even so, they have not given a good table in one of their rooms. The living room is very nice, clean and very cosy. They keep everything with a great cleanliness. The food is delicious and my suckling pig was very good. The service is attentive, fast and very professional. Mr. José María passed by the table worrying about how everything was and how we felt, something that has surprised us a lot and has surprised us. I ordered the suckling pig and my partner ordered some lamb chops, also good, but nothing to do with the suckling pig. They offer you wine from their cellar...

Little needs to be said about the Jose Maria Restaurant, without a doubt the best restaurant in Segovia. The place is very well decorated and is very spacious with several dining rooms. The service was 10. All the waiters who served us were very polite. We wanted to try the tasting menu that consisted of 5 dishes, with dessert and two glasses of wine. We were very happy since both the quantities and the quality of all the dishes were perfect. The suckling pig we ate was very tender! Super!! But being small I suppose the skin is very thin. It must be something normal! The delicious cheeks! Good service, education and environment.
