Очень простая, но традиционная немецко-австрийская еда и очень дешево (по австрийским меркам)! В меню большие сосиски из огромной сковороды под открытым небом, с квашеной капустой или без, мясной хлеб с картофельным салатом, вкусный зеленый салатик, вкусный домашний лимонад или пиво. По-моему, нигде в долине Вахау в принципе дешевле поесть невозможно! Но при этом было довольно вкусно и очень сытно (взяли по горячему блюду + один салат на двоих). Но внимание - кафе работает только до 18:00, поэтому отужинать здесь не получится.
Cute restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere, with a nice outdoor seating area to watch people come and go. My wife had the brat from "the giant pan" (I think that's what they called it). It was very good, but my meat dumplings and cabbage were the highlight. Service is a little slow, but that's kind of the norm around Austria. The food here was definitely worth the stop!
We had lunch here and we love the food. Local ingredients and cooked perfectly, also properly priced. Even my little sister who is a picky eater finished her portion without trouble. It's a pity we came during winter, they no longer serve the bratwurst.
Kommen immer wieder gerne nach Melk. Die Fleischerei ist immer ein fixer Teil auf unserer Tour. Freuen uns immer schon. Spitzen Kümmelbraten, freundliches Service, gutes Bier. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!
