If you live in Colorado Springs or you 're visiting and looking for a perfect dining out, then you must go to this restaurant! It 's definitely the best service, food and ambiance I 've experienced since relocating here five years ago! Joseph, the owner came to say hello and to tell us that the swordfish was the special, delicious and flown in today. We went on 3/23/2023 . I asked him if he was the owner and he said yes. My niece and her fiancé were in town for a few days, which included Valentines Day. Having a number of positive experiences there, encouraged them to go to Joseph's. After looking at the menu they agreed it looked great. However, they discovered when they arrived that the Valentine's Day menu was completely different and did not include fillets, which is what they had wanted. There was only one steak on the menu and it was a much more fatty cut than what they wanted. Which is crazy, since Joseph's is known for their fillets. My husband and I had such an amazing experience at Joseph's Fine Dining. The atmosphere is so intimate and warm. The food is absolutely devine! We ordered a steak medium rare, and it actually came out perfectly cooked, which hasn't happened at other restaurants for a VERY long time. The wine is fabulous, and they have a very extensive wine list as well. Our server Luis cleared our table for each course, which was something that we hadn't seen for years at other restaurants. For a fine dining experience, where great service still exists, definitely go to Joseph's.
This was probably our favorite dining experience in Colorado Springs. I had the Chilean Sea Bass special (pictured) and he had the Scampi Genovese. Both dishes were spectacular! It had a perfect crunch to the outside from searing and it was almost buttery on the inside. I had the 8th Street cocktail and it was like an elevated margarita. Delicious! Apparently reservations are typically necessary, but we went on a Monday night and it was just us and another couple. It doesn't get more romantic! Go to this place!
I love this place. From the surroundings, to the detail decoration and the wonderful customer service, I will be absolutely a repeating customer. For the owner- Your type Demeanor to your customers, the thoughtful detail in flavors with the menu selection speaks volume to what you love and work hard for everyday life. God bless you
Celebrated our anniversary here. Absolutely fantastic from the presentation of the food, taste and the service. Very friendly and attentive staff. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the special of Cajun Louisiana White Trout. We will definitely be returning.
The food, service, wine, ambiance, everything was spectacular! We went here for my birthday and the food was amazing! Everything was cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out. The chocolate cake is to die for!

My husband brought me here for Valentine's Day. It was definitely delicious! Small portions, but very well seasoned. Drinks were fantastic!
