We ordered a cake for my birthday several weeks in advance, we took care to send a board of rich and provided inspirations and received a delicious cake but completely out of the desired theme which is rather disappointing in view of the amount of the cake. When we shared our disappointment, we had a somewhat despicable return as we had not provided enough information... Message to which I replied that she had obviously not consulted the board of inspi enclosed in the mail, and we had no answer... rather damaging because it does not want to appeal to her services...
This is the first time I'm disappointed at this point in this shop. The person who served us didn't listen to anything about our order, she was too busy talking to her girlfriend, I came back twice to order if she didn't hear or listen, and didn't even have a commercial gesture to apologize, and didn't even apologize. When I left I asked for a box to put my daughter's cookie in it, I got out a pocket and stuff you. Sevice and friendliness to see again for 2023...
It's been a while since I wanted to test this place, and it's over! We had an ENOOORME taste yesterday at Josie Factory, and we did not regret it! Super affordable prices, choice and quality, we enjoyed! And with the nice smile of the bosses like a bonus! The decor too is great, we really had a good time! (even the decor of the toilet is too cool! Thank you! We'll be back!
Small very cozy tea room. It was the first time I came and I loved the place. The young woman who served us was really very welcoming. Tea is served in real tea bowls (large cups). The teas are of quality, the cinnamon tea is excellent and the cakes are delicious and not too sweet. The reasonable prices (6.50€ for a tea and a cookie)I will come back with pleasure. We ordered a cake for a baby shower. Being the first time we ordered and left free inspiration for decor, we are very happy with the result! We were even given tips to cut it. We highly recommend and discover the Coffee Shop at the same time. Thank you so much
I love the place, the bosses, the drinks, the envelopes, the salads, the tarts, in short everything, but what I like most. All desserts, everything is divine! Feel everything is top even the reception and the atmosphere. my favorite place in bayonne
