Positives: Most of the food was good—tasty and served hot. Negatives: Upon arrival, we were greeted by dirty tablecloths and dried food on the forks. Our table was not set for three people, despite having made a reservation a week in advance and noticing that there were no other diners in the restaurant. The waiter wore an earpiece and was loudly arguing on the phone the entire time, making it difficult for us to hear each other at the table. He shouted from the bar asking if we wanted drinks and if the food was nice, but he never came over to check on us. No desserts were offered, and we really felt like we were an inconvenience during our visit. We definitely won’t be returning.
I ordered a chicken korma, lamb bhuna, pilau rice, and naan, and I can truly say it's the worst Indian takeaway I've ever experienced. The korma was tasteless, watery, and simply unpleasant. I feel like I wasted £27. When I called to complain, they offered to send me a replacement. After taking my address, an hour later, I received another korma that was lukewarm and just as bad! When I went in to collect it, they asked for cash, even though I only had a card. It was clear they weren't declaring all their income. The older man at the counter was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!
I waited almost two hours for what was supposed to be a 45-minute wait. Half of my order was missing, and when I called to report it, the rest of the order arrived 40 minutes later, but everything was cold. We work hard and look forward to our takeaway once a month, yet we weren't even offered a poppadom as compensation. I won't be returning.
Took over 2 hours to get our food. Told on the phone twice that it was 5 minutes away and still took nearly an hour to come. Food was then cold and didn't taste great at all. Tina masala had no taste to it what so ever. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had another amazing evening here food was wonderful delicious !! service is excellent and staff are so friendly helpful and nothing is too much trouble would definitely recommend a visit
