Joya Sushi - Tisch resevieren

I've visited this restaurant multiple times specifically for the Korean beef bulgogi. That sizzling stone plate is simply irresistible! I can't emphasize enough how friendly and quick the service at Joya is—it truly enhances the dining experience. Additionally, the food is always served promptly and at a perfect temperature! The menu offers a wide variety of options, but the Korean dishes really catch my attention, as I haven't found anywhere else in Milton that serves Korean cuisine or BBQ. I've sampled the sushi and nearly all the appetizers, and I've never been let down. You absolutely have to try the Japchae, and the calamari is also a favorite among diners. This place never disappoints. The service and food are consistent: exceptional. The owner is attentive and remembers us and our orders. The tempura is never soggy or super oily and they have a variety of vegetables I like that they have broccoli included. My favorite rolls: Spicy salmon; Spicy green dragon roll (spicy salmon topped with avocado); Energy roll (spicy crab topped with mango) and Spider roll. Their hot plates are also delicious. We've ordered their Jap Chae, which is big enough to be a meal itself despite being in the appetizer section. The hubby's go to is the Dol Shot Bi Bim Bap with beef and he never gets tired of it. Both lunch and dinner, this is a great place.

Now, onto the positives: the menu offers a good variety of rolls, appetizers, and rice/noodle dishes. The service was impressive, with servers who were very attentive to our needs. Pricing was fairly typical for a Japanese sushi restaurant. I ordered two rolls—the spicy salmon and the salmon tempura—along with edamame and miso soup. While everything was decent, I wouldn’t say it was anything extraordinary; it didn’t leave me particularly amazed. As for any negatives? There really aren’t any. Overall, it's a solid sushi restaurant, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I tried several sushi and Korean dishes during my visits, and I was impressed. The service was excellent, the place was clean, and I really enjoyed the meals. Everyone in my group liked what they ordered on both occasions. Although I'm not a big sushi fan, I found their sushi enjoyable. My companions, who are avid sushi lovers, absolutely loved it. That was a great place. We recently went to her Hamilton location and asked for her Milton location. The owners confirmed that they sold the Milton site and while they had every intention to open a smaller location in Milton, they were ultimately decided to focus on their Hamilton location. They always had good food and service, but they won't come back to Milton. I'm sorry to say, but this place is PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

I would give this establishment 6 stars if it was possible. The customer service was fantastic and the employees really took pride in serving their customers. The quality of the food was top notch. The menu was loaded with many delicious options to choose from. Overall, the girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back. #RepeatCustomer

This is a great restaurant with a diverse menu. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I definitely recommend it, especially if you're in the mood for salmon sashimi!
