Bad food with increasing prices.
"Bang for your buck" isn't even a slightly true statement when you eat here. For the same price of a steak, you could go to HotStar and get a better meal.
Steak is ALWAYS chewy and overdone (despite my preference of medium rare), spaghetti is an average meal, lamb chops are very average too, calamari is chewy and the schnitzel is bland.
Water is a maximum of 1 cup per person (not allowed a jug), service is not that great (apart from the one person working the cashier) as workers always seem sad and are very unprofessional on the job.

Good thing about this restaurant is that it's service is good and the food served really matches its price. However there are cases where meat becomes undercooked or bugs have been in my food, which staff don't deal with properly
Very inconsistent. Last time i went my steak was nice and tender, cooked just how i liked it. Other times steak were thin and small that didnt taste well.
It is cheap and a huge serving so the value is really good. $12 a plate.
