Wir hatten einen Tisch bei einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter reserviert, aber als wir versuchten, die Reservierung zu ändern, sprachen wir schließlich mit dem Manager. Was für eine schreckliche Frau! Sie sagte, wir dürften nicht buchen und wir müssten ihr sagen, bei wem wir gebucht hätten, als sie zu der Kollegin weinte, von der wir ihr nichts gesagt hatten. Das Essen war für das, was es war, und der Service war furchtbar langsam. 100% get a table by the window - you'll appreciate the view.We booked a table with a very nice member of staff, but when we tried to change the reservation, we ended up talking to the (I believe) manager. What a horrible woman! She said we weren't allowed to book and we had to tell her who we booked with as she was going to shout at that member of staff (we didn't tell her).Food was quiet expensive (for what it was) and the service was terribly slow.We ordered a simple plate of chips with our meal and that took an extra 30 minutes to arrive - after asking for it several times.For the view, we'll go back. But hopefully we'll be served by different people.

Wir beschlossen, uns eines Tages hier eine Mittagspause zu gönnen, wenn wir die Schweizer besuchen. Während das Essen ziemlich teuer war, war das Essen hervorragend und die Absicht des Fensters war erstaunlich, bis die Wolken kamen. Toller Ort zum Essen und das Extra wert.

We decided to treat ourselves to a lunch here one day when visiting Switzerland. Whilst the meal was quite expensive, the food was superb and the view from the window was amazing (until the clouds came down...). Great place to eat and worth the extra spend.

We waited more than half an hour for very average food. Not what you expect given the price and that this pretends robe a bit more up market than your average ski canteen
The meals are typically Swiss meal. It is really good. The restaurant has a great view. On lunchtime it has a lot of people because of the location.
