We went on the recommendation of our AirBnB host and we were not disappointed. Juan jamon is an unpretentious establishment that does jamon and wine. We asked for and got a wide assortment of jamon and cheese to sample. We also ordered vino tinto, the “Figuero 4” Rebiera (at 12Euros a bottle to take away), to go with our food. We were not charged for the freshly baked bread and olives. The highlight was the jamon bellota heavenly. The wine was also a very pleasant surprise great value for the price and we bought a few bottles to take back to our B&B.
Encontre este lugar de casualidad, desde Septiembre pasado, y no lo cambio x ningun otro lugar, aunque vivo en las palmas casi todas las semanas, voy con mi marido y ya he llevado bastantes amistades, los bocadillos de jamon, Iberico, serrano, bellota.... Esas aceitunas de Antequera, con las regañas, ese rico Rioja o Rivera , ya casi cliente VIP JJJJJ!!!
What a delightful deli and cafe. As you might expect they major on Spanish hams. Service was quick, friendly and helpful. Our Spanish is minimal but we were made to feel very welcome. Top tip would be the cream chorizo and the honey cheese, both served on a sliver of toast. I just had to have it again. Wish we had a Juan Jamon in our city.
El personal muy amable y atento con los clientes. La única pega es que la que mejor tiene que tratar al cliente que es su propietaria es muy déspota con clientes y con el mismo personal que les grita y trata no muy bien delante de de todos los clientes. He optado de pararme en la puerta del establecimiento y si esta elle no entrar.

En nuestra visita por Telde para la a desayunar de casualidad aquí y fue un acierto. Es charcutería y cafetería por lo que te cortan el producto al momento, todo de muy buena calidad y muy bueno. Elegimos un bocata de jamón ibérico y uno de queso, jamón ibérico y tomate más un zumo de naranja y un café por 14,50€.
Just a sandwich with Serrano ham and cheese from Guįa, olive oil and tomato spread. Fresh oange juice, cortado coffee and lots of Canarian voices around you. It's heaven. For a very small price. It exists!
