In my opinion, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Compton. A few weeks ago, my partner and I had lunch here, and I was impressed by the huge Wet Burrito. You can choose any type of meat you like, and I opted for the Beef Burrito. Wow, it was massive—my partner and I could have easily shared just half of it, haha! It was my first visit, and I really liked the ambiance. The staff were friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy time with anyone. I can see this becoming one of my regular spots!
I ordered a Cuban sandwich, but what I received was completely unrecognizable. I have no idea what they served me; it's a mystery what they prepared. The service was terrible, and frankly, they should consider closing down. The sandwich had nothing but some ham, a small piece of meat, two slices of tomato, and a bit of wilted lettuce—it was overall poorly put together. Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
I visited this restaurant and found the food and service to be quite good. However, there are plenty of options for Mexican cuisine near the intersection of Anaheim and Redondo that also offer quality dishes. Long Beach doesn't really need another specialty Mexican restaurant! Focusing solely on tacos, without any chips or other menu items, isn't the best approach.
They definitely changed ownership. The food was bomb when this place first opened. Now it's nasty af! No taste a hazard I had a piece of Brillo in my enchilada. Service is trash!!! They act as if their doing you a favor ordering. Ambience ummmm just go elsewhere. It's not the good friendly neighborhood hidden gem anymore.

Excellent food and great service. Came here out of the blue and I am glad I did. Had a carne asada wet burrito and my partner had carne asada street tacos. Both were spot on! So glad we came here. Definitely coming back when we are in the area.
It seems like there has been a change in ownership, and I'm really disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite places. They got my order wrong, and I won't be returning.

I was craving Menudo on this rainy Saturday morning. I searched the Internet and this is one of the spots that came out. DO NOT TRY THIS MENUDO. IT IS HORRIBLE VERY WATERY NO MEAT. WORST I'VE EVER HAD.
Since the ownership changed, the food is consistently served raw. The restaurant is often closed, even though Google Maps indicates that it's open. Everything is just off.

The food is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. You absolutely have to try their Molcajete; it's absolutely amazing!
