Unbelievably bad service . I placed my order at 12:41 on my 30 minute lunch it became 1:20 and I requested a refund because they still hadn't even begun to do my order. I was genuinely patient because I could see they were short staffed only 2 people working but what upset me was that they showed no compassion even after I asked for a status of my order and explained to them that I was way past the 30 minute lunch I have they didn't care at all that a freaking bowl was taking 45 minutes no apology at all nothing. I'm sorry I am very patient but this was horrible service. If a family of 4 orders the same drink they should make all 4 orders at once but I found it so redundant that they did lit...
