Julia's Tea Rooms - Tisch reservieren

My Husband and I visited Ely and found this coffee shop, the homemade cakes looked delicious. On entry we were told to sit anywhere we liked so we sat at the table inside when the waitress walked by us she threw the clipboard with the...menu onto our table and didn’t knowledge us . How rude we couldn’t believe it, she didn’t say hello or smiled at us she just walked off. So for that reason we walked out. I was going to say something at the counter but the other waitress was to busy with another customer. If you want to keep your customers then please be nice to them !

An afternoon in Ely on a summer like autumn day, and a walk in the cathedral precinct; what better than a pause for tea and refreshments? Julia's has the ideal location, opening out on one side, to the cathedral green, and on the other to...The High Street. And the food and drinks on offer do not disappoint. A very fine pot of tea for two, with lashings of tea available and excellent refreshments. Pleasant staff and an all round pleasing visit to this tea room.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for lunch. I tried the chicken and stuffing sandwich on brown bloomer bread, served with kettle chips and salad. It was the best sandwich I've had in years - the bread was incredibly soft and fresh. I also highly recommend the chocolate fudge cake, it was very moreish. I will definitely be returning to this tea room.

Very near the cathedral. Staff were ware, polite and friendly and the cake was great as too was the bacon bap. The latte however was very small (slightly larger then an expresso cup) and very strong

A delightful tea room with seating inside and outside. Friendly staff and prompt service with a varied choice of food.
