Paid almost $9 for torta and fries, the fries were half cooked not even crispy. The bread for the torta was soggy on the inside only heated up on the outside. the only thing in it was lettuce guacamole and the meat. super disappointing never coming back!!! You know what I ate the chicken out of the sandwich and it was delicious, but such poor execution. like you can't grill the bread I'm sure there's a grill back their. couldn't put some beans in the sandwich or something more like a traditional torta. I used to order from Julioberto's Mexican Food once in a while, and it was always good. However, the last two times have been disappointing. They used to put a decent amount of meat in their nearly $5 tacos, which was acceptable, but recently the portions have been noticeably smaller. I tried to overlook it, but on Monday, I went in and ordered two plain tacos with no vegetables. From the moment I started ordering, the employee was very rude. We used to order from this restaurant occasionally and it was really good, but the last 2 times have been terrible. The amount of meat in the almost $5 tacos has been reduced, and the service was rude both when ordering and picking up our order. After paying over $10 for 2 plain tacos, the employee was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked about the lack of veggies. Overall, I am not planning on returning to this restaurant.
I normally love and trust juliobertos for delivery orders, but apparently that?s not always the case. The last 2 orders have been HORRIBLE!!! I ordered 2 country burritos with no egg but paid to add pico de gallo and asked for extra sauce. Instead Ireceived potato?s wrapped in a tortilla and no sauces.

I've had a few disappointing experiences at this restaurant lately, as my orders have been consistently incorrect. Because of this, I've decided not to return. I don't see why I should pay $30 for a meal that doesn't meet my expectations.
The Carne Asada was tough and hard to chew, with little flavor, but the salsa really saved the dish. The Taco Cabeza was delicious, and the Fish Taco was outstanding. We also had a churro that was the perfect dessert.
It?s rare now days that employees are kind but tonight I really had one of the nicest employee here to help me and his kindness really meant/helped more than he knows truly thank you and the kindness will come back
Very expensive and most of the time it's good but lately the food has been undercooked especially the carne asada and the food gave my mom food

Food tastes okay, but is always dripping with absurd amounts of grease, even if you get things that shouldn't have grease, like the salad
I enjoy their veggie burritos and fresh fruit drinks. The quality is consistently good.
