As it was my first time visiting Julles I asked what the most popular dish was, and the owner 's daughter (who looked to be about 11) was standing next to her dad and said 'The salmon shrimp cake '. She then went over to the refrigerated section and brought back the take out container to show me. It was so beautifully presented a colorfest of fresh fruits and vegetables alongside thus amazing look salmon shrimp cake and steak fry sized roasted sweet potato. As I had just had a crab cake the night before, I resisted. But in the end, the artful presentation, along with a description of the ingredients, and the fact that it was only 330 calories (about the same as a Lean Cuisine frozen dinner),...
I ate there this evening, for the fourth time. This place is a real find. As I commented to the owner, eating here is like attending a concert by an opera star: you know that you will not hear one wrong note the entire evening. The food is always simply perfect: flavors, textures, creative use of ingredients, presentation. I would expect to pay three or four times this much in New York for the same meal. The co-owner and chef, Julliet Bhupesh, who trained in Europe and has an extensive résumé of executive chef assignments, will personally come to your table while you are enjoying her incredible cookery and explain the concept of the place to you. I started eating Julle's food about two months ago. I've lost 7 pounds and have not varied my exercise routine at all. The meals are perfectly balanced, the right amount, and delicious. We get lunches and dinners for home every week and her food is about 80% of our diet. I even eat her Toffee Cake three or four times a week. We have been eating organic for several years but obviously, our selection of calories did not match Julles. Everyone knows that weight loss is 80% diet adn 20% exercise. I strongly recommend Julles Posh Food. Dine in, as we did today, or get several meals that she has prepared to take home.

Very Special food. Went for dinner. We each had lamb first and a fish for main course. Beautifully prepared.. No room for desert. Was told to take our own wine but was surprised the 12 dollar corkage fee and had to open our self as the waiter was not allowed to do. Definitely will go back but without wine..perhaps just for lunch as I do like wine with dinner.
Incredible food amazing service! We absolutely loved our lunch at Julles Posh and getting to know the owners. High recommend cannot wait to visit again. They even have grab go option when you're on the run and want to eat a healthy meal, but if you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere great service then do!!
Awesome healthy food. They have catered several events I have attended. Food and presentation was spectacular. Their staff is friendly and very professional. Their restaurant and store in Memphis is great place to eat or pick up some meals to take home.
Can’t believe I work so close and never knew about this place! Today was my second time eating here. Food is truly excellent. They also have a great selection of ready made meals to take home. Highly recommend!
