Was a bit disappointed with the wait time. We ordered 2 shakes, then the bloke after us did the same. We'd already ordered our food online and since there was no option online to order shakes there, we just did so in person much regret... as it took over 15mins to get them. In fairness, the owner did ask the woman serving to make ours first, but she then proceeded to make one of ours, then the other blokes, then our second one and then his second one We got our order finally and left. Got home and found the lettuce from burger and mozzarella sticks were missing, bit annoying as by now the food was a bit cold.. the shakes were a bit average. This was a very difficult review to make as I had my partner saying the food was fine and it was only cold because of the distance. I have to be honest when I review places as it effects my credibility and the businesses outcomes. This review is only to help this place improve in certain things. Sorry for the 3 stars.It took over an hour, excluding delivery and I can accept this if the food was great, but after waiting so long and paying a much higher premium than other burger joints (excluding fast-food joints) I was very disappointed. Great atmosphere as always. Staff are friendly and always helpful. The decor is great if you want to experience the old time diner. Food is delicious and the unicorn milkshakes are the best. I took my daughter recently for her birthday and the staff had even decorated the table with birthday decorations. Highly recommend and we will always come back.
I simply ordered a deep-seater and a Pontiac burger from here, and everything was delicious. The burger was one of the best I've ever had (and I eat a lot of burgers!), and the fried chicken was among the best I've ever tasted—so crispy and flavorful! The owner is very generous when it comes to the serving. They give out a lot of complimentary fries and make sure it's warm and fresh when served, especially when it is dine-in. I love the service, as they try to talk with us and learn how we want our orders. I love how I can make DIY burger.
The staff were lovely friendly,Chips did however come back soggy cold and some were raw felt like my order of two burgers kept getting messed around, I’d love to come back in the future after a few changes as this has been a great burger joint in the past
I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning. A basic milkshake costs $8.00, which feels overpriced. The staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. This will be my last visit.

I love her new bark patty! it is wagyu! very juicy and they can really appreciate the taste of their burgers! the owner is also very nice and very courteous!
