This location has been around for a while now so you know it’s good! Let’s start with the main event…the bagels. Soft, less dough-y and more airy if that makes sense which means they’re rarely gummy or too hard/stale to eat. (Even when you freeze them for later I’ve found they thaw better and more flavorful than others in the area.)Snag some gourmet cream cheese as well, they’re GREAT here.There’s more than just bagels here too, pastry’s, breakfast sandwiches, coffees,and other edible goodies abound. As someone from Hopewell Junction, the only other bagel shops I can compare this one to are the ones in Hopewell and Fishkill. Overall, I found this place to be quite good. The service was efficient, and the staff was not only capable but also working hard on a busy Saturday morning. Personally, I would have liked a little more butter on my bagel, but I left feeling satisfied. I might come back to try a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel or to sample the cream cheeses with the jalapeño bagel. I also appreciate how well-maintained the establishment is. Definitely check this place out!
This is my favorite bagel spot in Jefferson Valley! Their bagels are absolutely delicious and truly raise the standard for New York bagels. The staff is friendly and attentive. Even when they're busy, which is usually the case on mornings and weekends, they manage to serve customers quickly and efficiently, so a long line rarely means a long wait. The bacon, egg, and cheese is just perfect and reasonably priced.
We found this place on our way to upstate. We ordered 2 bagel scrambled eggs with chicken and avocado. They came out in time. Sandwich taste good. The customer service was bit spotty. Consistently delicious food and coffee! They offer a fantastic variety for both breakfast and lunch. The place is spotless inside and out. It can get busy, but service is quick!
The best bagels in town! Although the lines are a bit longer than at other places, it's definitely worth the wait. The line moves quickly, so don't let that discourage you.
