Our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. It was very quiet, with only about 15 people eating. My colleague and I shared a Tomahawk steak, which ended up being more expensive than we were told. We had to wait 20 minutes for our starters, and then another 50 minutes for our main course. When it finally arrived, we had to send it back to the kitchen to be reheated because it had been sitting out and gotten cold. Our waiter Matteo started off nice but became less helpful once it came time to pay the bill. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which I was considering asking to have removed. Overall, I would not choose to visit this restaurant again.
Phenomenal service and food/drinks. I’m still dreaming about my meal! Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. The service is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Kudos to the entire team!
The service was good and the prices were reasonable at this restaurant, however, the quality of the food was mediocre. I ordered a 10oz NY strip steak and my companion had a 6oz fillet, both of which were tough. The buttery mashed potatoes were dry and lacked flavor.
The cuisine was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. We had to request additional drinks and then watched as they sat on the bar for an extended period before being brought to our table. For a luxury 5-star hotel, I expected a higher level of service.

Simply perfect. Cheeseburger super crunchy, chips the kind you desire the day before. Didn’t have space for the cheesecake this time but for sure next time!
The best customer service in London, the staff amazing helping, smiling and quick to support. This my fourth time and I love staff as well as food
Foodcit constant here but it’s a shame about the cauliflower Gratin is terrible please change back
