Been to several KBB and hot pot places. Came here the first time with an open mind and was disappointed. This was over a year ago. Came back again today during my lunch break and it was horrendous. There’s no way in hell I’d come back. For one the sauces were not good, the meat was cheap and above all the grill was slow. I’m talking it felt like it was being heated by a zippo lighter from the bottom. Other places, it would take 3 minutes to cook meat. Here it took 10-15 minutes because they grill was so weak. If I was able to get a refund I would in a heartbeat. The servers were ok, they were just doing their job but that’s all I can say. They came periodically. But ultimately. Disappointed...
Really enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant and left so full. Service was amazing, friendly and super helpful, especially with new comers who had no idea what to order from the massive food options. Menu has a great variety for the price and the meats/seafood was really fresh. Expensive but well worth the price for the quantity and variety. Recommend coming hungry and bringing friends to share the experience.
So far I’ve only tried their bbq but it definitely was 5 stars. I mainly go for pork belly at these bbq places. Some get it right some get it wrong but k pot hits the spot. As I’m typing this I’m already thinking of going back. I recommend you to go on an empty stomach, make the food worth it and stuff your butt. The atmosphere is very inviting. Can’t wait to go back !!

Food is mostly all raw and you cook it for yourself, price is right for a all you can eat.
2nd visit. Tried hot pot. Too hot. Burned my tongue but was very flavorful.
