En cuanto al menú tiene que gustarte esa función de sabores.. Yo por ejemplo de todo el menú solo pude comer un plato porque no me gusta ese contraste de sabores.. Hemos comido en otros restaurantes de estrella michelín y de menú degustación pero con sabores más tradicionales en la cocina.... Y para un menú de 80€ por persona que no incluya ni una copa de vino me parece demasiado...
