Kabob Garden Mediterranean Cuisine

I got the fried kibbee for dinner and was forcefully woken up by the worst stomach ache of my life not long after. Then, I threw the whole meal back up and did not have a very good time later that night. (Seeing another review that said they serve old food seems a little concerning to me, but potentially makes sense. The sauce I was given with my kibbee smelled very sour, but I'm not sure what any of it was, so I'm not sure if that's the part of my meal that gave me food poisoning or not. Besides the food, service was pretty slow, even though there were only 2 tables actually in the restaurant. From what I saw, there were at least 3 waitresses, the owner, and at least 1 chef. Delicious and fresh! Had a couple hours to kill before heading to DTW and this was a fabulous find in nearby Belleville. Great service, fresh food, and very generous portions. Hope to return someday! I was really impressed by this restaurant! The food was absolutely fantastic. It was the best Mediterranean food I've had since my trip to Turkey. The portions were generous and offered great value. The food was delicious and fresh. There were plenty of vegetarian options available. The service was excellent. I had a great dinner experience dining in. I had the Chicken Artichoke, and it was very good. We also had the shrimp Artichoke, which i was told was very good as well. The service was very good and they were very attentive.
