I will suggest that you make reservations as it can get busy. It is a wonderful restaurant for date, celebration or just a night out with friends. We started with the gyoza which were very tasty and the sticky ribs. Let me tell you about those ribs, they were FANTASTIC, so flavorful and delicious. I order the Nabe and it was not what I was expecting but so glad I did. The rice and all the different ingredients combine were just rich and delicious. Sushi rolls were fresh and tasty. Dessert was the best way to finish our dining experience. Service was amazing, prices were reasonable for the food quality and presentation. If you like contemporary Japanese food, you must go to Kabooki Sushi!! This is high end Japanese and exceptional from start to finish. Don't miss the ceviche, fresh oysters, the best ribs that are slow roasted for 35 hours then wok chard and their fantastic sushi. We tried a number of their rolls and the Tom Yum with torched salmon on top was just stellar. It's perfect for a date night or special event celebration. The room is beautiful and next time I'm definitely sitting at the sushi bar for their special tasting menu. This menu cultivated by two-time James Beard nominated chef Henry Moso rivals any NYC Japanese restaurant and definitely should be on your must go list!!!
Found this randomly on a work trip and was blown away. Everything was OUTSTANDING. The drinks, the food, the quality, the service, the presentation, the attention to detail. Laura was a very attentive server and answered all of my questions. The Kobe beef was incredible quality and searing it was quick and easy. The sushi was unbelievably quality and fresh. The fresh grated wasabi is not easily found elsewhere and a nice addition. The tuna flight was one good feeling after another.
First time for my sister and I . We absolutely are sushi snobs and OMG blew us a way! We planned to go again the next day before we left back home. From walking in to our valet guy Matthew was great Jade was our server wow! Made our experience so delightful! She really was so attentive and the best server I’ve had in a long time . I work also in the service industry and can spot the special ones instantly! Food was so fresh, sushi was all we dived into we couldn’t get enough!

Wonderful experience overshadowed only by the guest seated two seats over at the sushi bar. Why do some people wear strong colognes or perfumes to a sushi restaurant? The head sushi chef clearly noticed, especially since the burnt banana leaves in an omakase dish highlight how every sense plays a role in the Kabooki omakase experience. If this guest is a regular, someone should address it.
Very very good! I got the chefs sampler moriawase sashimi and a truffle roll from the chefs specials and a mandarin silk tea. The fish was very fresh and good quality. And the roll was super good. I’m impressed. The tiny crab was new to me but very crunchy and tasty. Would definitely recommend and I want to come back and try some of the hot bar items.
