Beautiful trip to the country of authentic Greek flavors, assembled by a virtuoso of the kitchen. This small establishment is animated by a very friendly and passionate boss. C'est par hasard lors d'un passage à Clermont Ferrand que je suis tombé sur cet établissement. Le propriétaire est un vrai passionné du café qui, non content de servir un excellent breuvage, vous conseille et vous informe. L'espresso était top!! Le grain utilisé n'est pas toujours le même et le goût change d'un jour à l'autre mais la qualité est là: grains frais et moulus juste avant d'être utilisé (Moulin sans doseur). Il est très rare de boire des espressi aussi bon, sauf en Italie...Egalement cafés turcs, grecs, pâtisseries etc...
Après avoir attendu en vain une prise de commande dans un autre restaurant, nous avons erré a 13h30 dans Clermont Ferrand à la recherche d'un petit resto sympa! Bingo, trouvé! Un accueil très sympa, une salade grecque vraiment délicieuse, avec de bonnes tomates et de l'origan ... grec (incomparable)... des galettes bien bonnes également. On s'est régalé ... manque peut être des boissons (ice tea ou verre de rosé )... le café est très bon, les sorbets aussi. À conseiller !
Allez on oublie les bars qui vous servent un breuvage insipide. On oublie les endroits à la mode qui surfent sur la mode Starbucks. Voilà un passionné qui a ouvert un petit endroit avec le matériel qui va bien.Vous aurez droit à des très bons cafés expressos, machiattos...etc. Par manque de temps je n'ai goûté que l'expresso mais je vais y retourner rapidement.
