I walked in to order a quick takeout meal at 7:45 p.m. The sign outside indicated that the restaurant closed at 9:00 p.m., but the online information stated it closed at 8:00 p.m. An older woman behind the counter was very rude and informed me that the kitchen closes at 7:45 p.m. in order to allow time for cleaning. Kaffe Mocha Grill should make this policy more clear to customers. In my opinion, kitchen clean up should happen after the restaurant officially closes. Just a suggestion. The meal I ordered was of a different type.
The restaurant has a nostalgic Old Hollywood atmosphere with welcoming and attentive staff, providing excellent service and delicious dishes. It is our family's top choice for a pre-movie meal. The Cubano sandwich and Mediterranean Salad are outstanding. Dining in for dinner typically costs between $20-30 per person. Overall, we rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
