From the photos this place looked nice but I guess you only get that experience in the night. Initially I sat outside but the smell of was unbearable, smelled like hobo ****. So I changed to indoor seating and it was alot better. It had a nice little ambience going on in there too. The Service was okay. I ordered sushi rolls and I thought it was quite overpriced as the sushi was almost below mediocre. Maybe it was a bad day so might have to revisit. Out of their control but parking is very hard to find in this area so I recommend ubering.
7/25/2023 i called ahead, said WE were 10 minutes away asked can we be seated,she said let me check..said YES we will seat you made it there inside the 10 minutes, presented ourselves and she said wait a minute left ,came back and said sorry were closed. Really..that 's how that goes . No have a drink on us or 1/2 on a drink..nothing. place looked amazing and both myself and my date were very disappointed.
This is a very cool looking restaurant. I visited for dinner and the ambiance is great. The servers were nice but the food and drinks were lacking. The majority of the food was pretty bland and even the drinks lacked flavor and sweetness (I ordered a fruity cocktail). I don't think I'd return for the food.
When you see the pictures, you will be so amazed and you just wana go, but the reality is completely different. It's good for couples. I don't think it is good for a group of friends or a first date. It's kinda dark Pricey Food quality is okay, but it's not fair for the quality of food or drinks.

The decor is on another level. Food was good, but a little pricey for what was. Service was a bit spotty but I'd chop that up to them being down a server while having a sold out hula show when we went, that I didn't know they even put on. Staff was very friendly and the chefs were great.
The food and service are great, but I just can’t support a business that tacks on bogus service charges without any explanation. Beware that this restaurant charges an unexplained 3% service fee. Whether or not this goes into the business owner’s pockets or to staff is unknown.
We did not eat, but will definitely come back and try the sushi! Really nice atmosphere, it was lovely outside so we enjoyed our cocktails in the sunshine! The owner, Paulette, is very sweet and welcoming! We look forward to visiting again!
Truly gave me Maui vibes (my fave island) Food was amazing and service was great despite it being a busy Saturday night. We had to sit inside without a reservation, but we'll make one next time as there's a Luau outside at certain times.

The food is really good, if a bit pricey. The atmosphere is so much fun. They have a show at night that was really fun and funny and even kid friendly.
Great sushi spot with lovely atmosphere and setting. Sushi and other eats are delicious and served with beautiful presentation. Another NoHo fave.
