As for the food, the Kai burger was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it for its great flavor and perfect balance of meat, cheese, and toppings. It was definitely the highlight of the meal. The onion rings were decent, though I think the delay in getting home affected their quality. The sauce was tasty, and the breading suggested they would have been excellent fresh. I would have appreciated a larger portion. The soup dumplings were very flavorful and still warm when I got them home. They were generously filled with meat. Though there was a small issue with the shrimp dumplings, the staff handled it proactively and resolved the situation quickly. My food was ready in no time....
