Location, tasty food, and great service! You seriously can't beat the location of this restaurant! It backs up to the ocean so you get amazing views right by the water. We ate here twice during our travels as it was that good! The carne asada Kai fries really stuck out to us from the menu so we decided to try them out. We were not disappointed. We think the chimichurri sauce needed a bit more oil but it was still so good and paired well with the carne asada and fries! Definitely one of our favorite dishes. This restaurant is exceptionally well managed. The host greeted us warmly and seated us promptly, plus the bar was well-stocked. Our table had a lovely view of the sunset. The waitress was both knowledgeable and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and efficiently, with generous portion sizes. Checkout was fast and straightforward. Kai East's stands out as one of the best restaurants on the street, especially compared to other places where we had to wait quite a while for our meals. We ordered 1 beer, 1 Mai Tai, 1 fish taco with a side of fries, 1 mango pizza, and 1 green salad, totaling $86.
Kai Eats and Drinks was the perfect spot for my husband and I to host our rehearsal dinner. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and promptly directed to our tables. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even going as far as switching my plate to ensure it was vegetarian. The guests were raving about the pizza and steak! We loved the beautiful scenery and laid back atmosphere. I would highly recommend going to Kai Eats and Drinks for your event.
Great pizza wonderful view. All of the staff were wonderful as well offered great recommendations. They have a great selection of seltzers, ciders, beers. While we normally don't return to a restaurant twice on vacation, we found ourselves at Kai's several evenings.

This is an excellent spot to relax after a long flight. The food and drinks are fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and we even spotted some whales, which the team mentioned happens frequently. I would definitely return—10 out of 10!
