This place is a huge no no no. Went to dine in on a Friday afternoon around 5pm (2 people) . Our waitress did not even introduce herself. She gave us the menus and came back in a few minutes to take our orders. We got the pepper shrimp fried rice and an order of chicken and broccoli. We were not offer any water for the table. The chicken and broccoli were very cold. The fried rice was ok. Two drunk fellas approached our table and were very annoying. We ask nicely for themto leave our table and our waitress or management did nothing. We ask for the check and our waitress came to the table with a tiny receipt and gave it to us while still standing there looking at both of us and would not move...
Honestly a crazy show from the get go. Delivery guy left the food hanging on the fence instead of my front door. Anyone could have taken my food away without me knowing. I got roast beef fried rice and paid extra for the mixed veggies and baby corn. Never got veggies and corn in the rice. I also got curry beef with white rice which was ok a bit. It was very watered-down. The chow mein was actually very bad. Nothing had flavor and it was oily. When I got the food it wasn'tseal properly so the rice spilled in the bag and when we called the restaurant and complained they gave us a terrible attitude
I ordered the cha chi Kai wings and as I opened it up you could tell that the chicken looked suspect. After a bite I had to throw the whole container away, it seems like they cooked stale wings and chopped them up add the pepper flakes and onions to call it cha chi Kai chicken! Never again would I waste my money. I only went there because GT Kingston was closed that day.
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly impolite. We had to wait 2 hours for our food on a Thursday and received no apologies. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the lead cashiers are in charge. I recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere. The rice was dry and hard, and not flavorful. Today I ordered the Cha Chi Kai Shrimp it was so hard, dry and almost like rubber. The picture that you see is the batter pieces that I peeled off to find the hard, dry and rubber shrimp which seems like it was fried glue. Maybe they refried the food or they over fried. Either way it was not edible.
I ordered the spicy chicken lunch special with lo mein. I ate none of the chicken. It looked very suspicious like chicken fat or the unwanted parts of the chicken. The lomein was fine.
I definitely like the kaiture on lefferts and Jamaica better. I order lamb fried rice and chicken and it was very over cooked and dry. They need better cooks here.

The restaurant serves tasty Chinese dishes with a touch of West Indian influence. I really enjoyed their plantain fries.
