great food. but bad customer service. we love kairos and have enjoyed several stalls throughout south carolina. this place has failed and we have lost our loyalty and would do nothing to solve the problem. no care. we have solved our problems with the help of company/corp office, thank you. but we will not be back to this location. the way and wise how customers are treated is still an important business principle.
we made it like 10 minutes before closing. we hate to do this to restaurants, but our children were picked up late and we had been looking for a week to kill?. the personal was so friendly that they were not rude about our timing. I hope they know how simple gestures like that is what makes us come back to Cairos after the time. so grateful for her and her delicious food. they make our date nights perfect.
kairos is a great place to eat because it is fast, cheap, and eating tastes great. we recently have another augusta rd restaurant that offers a similar type of food/experience, but my wife and I agreed that kairos was much better and we will not be going away again! my favorite is the recovery bowl (educated) with spicy chicken.
5 stars: exceeds expectation this is actually my absolute favorite fast casual restaurant in existence. The portion sizes are very generous and you?re not put in the stressful situation of having to be selective with toppings. It?s all fair game! I hope many more restaurants stem from this one! Kiaros is one of our favorite spots to hit for lunch. My go-to is the Kiaro bowl with falafel. Everything is always so delicious, fresh, and very satisfying. So much flavor from a variety of nutritious ingredients. I highly recommend this place to anyone , especially plant-based eaters!
I drove by this place several times and finally decided to check it out. I love the ability to create your Mediterranean bowl. The ingredients are always fresh! And the staff is pleasant. If you're looking for something healthy to eat- Kairos is worth checking out!
Food is always good. On occasion though the brown rice has a dirt taste and sometimes employees are really light handed especially with the spreads and as much as you're paying I want consistency and not like a teaspoon of spread. But did I say I love the food!

My wife and I located this place on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. She had the Gyro and I got a two-protein bowl. Both were very good and made to order.
