Food was good, wait staff were attentive. Handicap parking provided. Menu choses were good and a lot, but easy to choose from. Some areas had too many tables and hard to slip in to seating but they were very accommodating in providing another seating area. Everything was clean and presentable
Sad to say the food was not delicious in a good way. Steak Taco Salat was not attractive. Hard steak strips. Wilted Salat. Beans on the ground. A server that serves many others. A worker eats lunch. Another counting and chatting. Probably not back.
The whole staff makes you feel like the show Cheers. The staff knows you, the food is good for the value, and it's one of the best dinners in town. Great community.
Kalico has been a great place for affordable eats in the town of Chico for years. Senior menu is great too with 4 items and coffee for around ten dollars. Beat that.
