While on a weekend trip to Adelaide for the royal show, we decided to try something different, there was a filipino restaurent that some friends had told us about in Norwood that we should visit. Well, I'm sure glad we did, the food was sensational, we had the sizzling chicken sisig, lechon baboy (roast pork) as well as some filipino BBQ skewers, the pork belly was a bit fatty but it always is, the sisig was a revelation to the tastebuds. The menu is not extensive, but what they do, they do well. We had a thai meal the night before, and as much as the food was nice there too, the cost was twice as much as the filipino food. I can't wait to go back again to try the pork sisig to see which is...
Love it love it love it! Not only great food but served with a smile. Great decor makes for a great ambience. Skewers were great but the Chicken Sisig was the standout. Definitely be back again and again and again!
A pleasure to find staff who genuinely want you to enjoy their style of food. Great flavours a plenty of it. Suggest you get a few dishes and share with friends.
I love the grilled meats. The salads also have a really nice vinegraitte. Quite authentic and flavoursome without being overpowering. A must try
