What unexpectedly incredible food from kind people and local fresh ingredients! This unassuming little place looks on the outside like food would be done grab and go whatever. We had breakfast here for our first day in Costa Rica and it was some of the best breakfast I have ever had. The rice I had was amazing and the avocado I had was very fresh. The staff was nice enough to give us 4 free macarons. The macarons were great as well. I recommend the ones with the lemon filling rather than the chocolate filling. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend it.
Out of the initially ordered 5 items, only 2 were served accurately. While the food's quality was passable, I wouldn't choose to dine at this establishment again. Nevertheless, the staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, and the ambiance created a comfortable setting. We opted for waffles, which unfortunately lacked freshness, resembling more of reheated leftovers from the previous day.

This place is out of this world!!!! best bakery in the world I had the huevos rancheros and I need to know how they cooked those beans… also we got 3 cakes to take away and they taste like it’s your wedding and birthday at the same time. 10/10
Great cafe for healthier options — nice selection of fresh fruit smoothies and other items outside the usual tico kitchen, although at appropriate prices. Nice clean design.

Amazing pinto bowl for breakfast, excellent papaya smoothie and great coffee! Friendly ladies attending. This is my new spot when I’m in San Jose.
