No rice with main meals and the mixed entree is only for person but none of this was made clear on menu. Bland food. Called restaurant after delivery received with no rice. Rude and unhelpful young man answered that they have rice on the...menu so therefore they don’t provide it with main meals. I explained that all chinese restaurants have rice listed seperately but they also provide a serving with a main meal. He didn’t reply and did not care that we were unhappy. We spent and had to go to the shop to get a microwaveable packet of rice! After all of that, the meals were bland and not good quality with their flavours. Very disappointing.
Ordered Chinese vegetable and only received ONE type of vegetable. Was told it was MY mistake, because their customers “know” it’s just one type of vegtable. I pointed out that their website does not state this and that they are engaging in misleading and deceptive...conduct. I asked for either a refund or exchange and was told that by the female owner “I’ve been running a business for years and won’t refund you”. Just wish to warn others about their poor business practices. Food absolutely average, you can most definitely do better!!
Ordered take away over the phone- dishes from their recent menu. Family member collected on way home. Did not provide of dishes ordered, said couldnt provide when collecting, though took the order earlier on phone. Didnt provide a alternative option. I ordered enough...to feed the family and when i called to ask what happened and why not call me back or provide alternative, was told they dont take phone numbers for orders under Food was alright but the small portions and poor service left a bitter taste in my mouth. Would not return.
Sorry Kam Fay but My takeaway order tonight was terrible. None of the dishes looked or tasted anything close to what I have experienced elsewhere. It was barely touched by my hungry family. Even the simple dishes like the satay chicken was dreadful with...dried out chicken and satay sauce that had a strange curdled gravy like appearance with barely a hint of flavour. The Kong Po Chicken was laden with onion in a watery gravy and just about every dish had the same watery gravy and was loaded up with cauliflower but no other veg. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The dining experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The service was poor and the owners were very arrogant, refusing to take any responsibility for undercooked food or long wait times. Our table was dirty and the food was inedible. The young staff seemed overwhelmed and were left to manage on their own. We overheard them rushing between the kitchen and front counter. When they finally came to explain that the kitchen was very busy and had other priorities, we felt lucky to have gotten any attention at all.
the of us celebrated my son steven's birthday last Saturday night! we had a nice time in came fay and we chose the banquet no. by head. so good value and the food was first class! we all had more... than enough to eat and the service was excellent, friendly and patient! the staff was so friendly and helpful and byo to be, it was so good worth it! thanks to the managements and the staff and we will be back soon! Like a lot of Chinese restaurants, it lacks a certain ambience, but its fresh, clean and a great place to get together with friends or family to get together over some honest and tasty food. It's not big inside, so with diners at a few...tables it becomes a hive of activity. Staff are friendly and attentive, servings are generous and well priced. A few favourites, pork ribs in plum sauce and the king prawn omelette are great.
I have visited this restaurant numerous times and have always enjoyed delicious meals. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. The menu is easy to understand and the service is always prompt. So I took my family out for mother's day and we were served by polite and hardworking staff. The food is made with absolute effort and tasted delicious. This place is the only restaurant I get my chinese from and now I cant stop coming!
