I visited Kanda Sushi at Rosmere at many instances. I really like this palce for its simplicity, price and general atmosphere. There are definitely ups and downs to the place, here 's my experience went. 1 Location The restaurant is located on the Curé Labelle boulevard...leading towards Rosemere, within somewhat of an old shopping center. The place can be of course accessed on foot for all guests who live nearby but definitly need a car for those who live a little bit farther. On Saturday, we ate the most disappointing dinner in the past long while. We ordered out for $66 and it was entirely unacceptable. The miso soup SUPER SALTY and nothing inside no tofu, no seaweed nothing but SALT! I went to Kanda with my father and we were not greeted at the door, after a minute or two we asked one of the staff if we should seat ourselves or wait and we were told very rudely to wait a minute. After looking...at the menu we asked if there was a menu option other then all you can eat since neither one of us eats a lot. We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. The service was attentive and the restaurant was nearly full despite it being during vacation season. The staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their work. The food was fresh, with the exception of the red tuna dish, which can be difficult to keep fresh, especially after being prepared. I suggest going with the salmon if you prefer something fresher. The variety of dishes was very satisfying and the pace of the meal was just right to appreciate each dish. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. our waitress had the geduld of noone! she did not explain to us how we provided our orders on the sheet. at one point she told my friend that he couldn't order another part of sushi until he finished what he ate. when it was time to place our drink order, it served us and forgot others. it has also doubled our food order to the point where the manager/owner came and took care of us for the rest of the evening. I don't want to say I don't return to this facility. on the top was the sushi good, but I can get big sushi and better service elsewhere.

We went to Kanda when staying at Le Finlandais spa during Easter weekend. We had an enjoyable dinner at Kanda. The sushi was good, but the sides were special. Satay, sirloin steak, tempura, all very good and tasty. And the service was amazing and courteous....We really enjoyed our experience here.
