It is our 4th time skiing out of Westendorf.Regardless if we stop by for a hot chokolade or lunch, the quality of the food and drinks is the Best in comparison with the other mountain restaurants in the area.Ingredients are clearly fresh, the entire place seems clean and well organised + the family that owns it is so service oriented, warm and friendly.Have a look at the building as such and feel the atmosphere. We'll definitely keep stopping by whenever we can.

This premium Hut in the Alp presents its visitors with a staggering 180 degree view, which is hard to beat. do book a table right at the edge, which allows you to melt into the amber sunset skies, once sufficient schnapps has been consumed. Blankets are passed around for the whimsical. great, simple menu encourages lengthy, joyful meals.
In some ways the best way to approach it by getting the gondal to Talkasser, walking up to ChorAlpe and then down by the marked trail to Brixen via the Kandler Alm. There are stunning views of Kitzbuhel Horn and the Hohe Salve along the way. The Kandler Alm is a stunning contemporary alpine building in the traditional style. Have a peep at the kitchens, look at the decorative finishes and of course have something local to eat and drink.

Excellent, efficient and great food at this family run . Whatever you chose the service and ambiance is fantastic. Great location summer or winter. Great for watching FIS slalom with the locals. Delicious home made cakes, different everyday - do not miss this gem. Nice side room with open fire.
Wir sind von Brixen im Thale zur Kandler Alm aufgestiegen, wo wir zu Mittag gegessen haben. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal.

The food is very tasty and well priced compared to the other restaurants on the slopes. Quick service. The hut looks good and authentic. Would definitely recommend it.
