We have been to this restaurant a few times now although had not visited for about 2 years because we had been staying further away from Els Poblets. It has not lost it's charm, atmosphere and excellent food and, at very good prices as well. The set menu prices are really good value for money and the quality of the food, as well as the presentation, is exceptional. The owner is lovely and this is really the first time we have been able to hold a conversation with her these have been very difficult times for the hospitality industry everywhere and I appreciated her being able to spend some time with us just before we left the restaurant. Excellent good quality food ! We have been here twice in the last week so that says it all ! The daily menu is excellent . To start we had cream of tomato soup , followed by a large crisp fresh bowl of salad to share . The mains we had were schnitzel for myself with a creamy mushroom sauce with sautéed potatoes , my partner had the cordon bleu also with sautéed potatoes all freshly cooked and delicious . The portions are really generous and the service is really friendly and welcoming . Well worth a visit
Perfect host, perfect chef and perfect food... what more could you ask for... Firstly Tasty Tomato soup, secondly gorgeous fresh salad, thirdly amazing schnitzel and cordon bleu with sauces and home made fried sautéed potatoes (or alternatives available) finished with a selection of deserts which we were offered and had a home made trifle...! Perfect finish to a perfect dinner! Thank you and will definitely visit again.
This is superb restaurant, cute location with beautifully cooked food and and a vibrant, friendly service second to none(Maria and Sabina , and chef Michael). Tried it twice last year on visit to my father in Spain an twice this year and despite COVID etc. They are just blooming brilliant. Highly recommend for great value, great service meal.

Since we live in the villages and try for the first time, we are assiduous of this fantastic restaurant. Since you're here until you leave, you feel at home. exquisite food: the soup and the menu salad are a wonder; and the meats - which is what I usually order - of very good quality.
We went to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary with family and friends. We received an exceptionally warm welcome. The service and the food were excellent. We will definitely be going back as we live about 5 minutes away. Can’t believe this is our first visit. Loved it
A lovely little piece of Germany on the Costa Blanca! Traditional, simple German food served with care and a smile…the owners are enchanting and really want you to enjoy your visit.
Perfect service, perfect food, perfect location. It was very charming and we did honestly not expect such excellence. Definitely punching well above its price league. Bargain!

As we live closeby it was a must to try the German food here, no disappointment! Maybe we could have had some more conversation, but it was too busy so next time...
