We had a meal previously which was excellent but this time , our takeaway order was so late and excuse fuelled we went elsewhere are constant lies that the food was on its way 1 , the driver is knocking on your door but no-one...is answering 2 , and it continued from there! If they actually said sorry we are running let eat any time on the one and a half hours and multiple phone calls to see where the food was it wouldnt have been a major problem. It was the fact that I was given so many different excuses , one being sorry it's a new driver ! So the new driver isn't able to use a sat nav I said ,then got fed bullsh#t excuses one after another. I said cancel the order if the driver isn't here...
not use kashmir in regenworth, after the mosquito of my order, they finally collect my wrong order back 2 hours later then only give me a partial refund. when I call back to ask it, I have to pay £3 for delivery and 2 doses pop (that they have told us to keep!) first they put the phone on me so that I can call back. I'll end up in a 3-way argument where I'll be screamed so I'll put the phone down. then they ring me a DIFFERENT number to argue with us more! nasty evil baptism crooks. it is not the money, it is the director. they need the money after I used it for years, I will never use it again
seven of us went for a family dinner that sat in the restaurant tonight. eating was really delicious, really fresh and piping hot, we all enjoyed it. the honey, chicken pakoras and karahi is to die. because it was a sunday. it was quiet in the restaurant, but that was to our advantage as we felt as if we had private eating! the service was very attentive and we felt very well maintained, could not blame. many thanks for such a beautiful evening, we will be back.
Placed an order for two meals, lamb rogan josh and chicken dansak with starters and sides. The chicken meal was tasteless and the lamb was tough and not recognisable as lamb. We contacted the restaurant and were offered replacements which we declined as a like...for like exchange would be just as disappointing at which point we were told to contact Just eat directly. Just got back after a lovely meal with my fiancée. We’ve been here a few times for takeaway and eating in, each time has been top quality food. The owner on several occasions has recommended dishes and I am so glad I had what he...suggested. Thanks to all the team for a lovely meal and great service.
Ordered 16.25..promised (confirmation via Just Eat 17.50..opens at 17.00. 18.25...still no food..sed delivery would be 18.50..AN HOR LATE!! advised I was going out in 10 minutes..order cancelled Just Eat Refunding. Nice food wen you can get it, unreliable delivery service
Takeaway looked delicious Lamb Kharki never been lamb, more like kebab meat disgusting Chicken Korma chicken very dry, no taste to korma sauce, very watery Worst meal ever Won’t be visiting again!!!!!
