I go to this westindian guyanese restaurant although I'm not a guyanese I'm a native new Yorker..but I must say this is a good atmosphere to eat food is great price is 2 for 1 so enjoy it have fun . my parents are from Georgetown Guyana. I recently entered this restaurant hoping to get some food. The ambiance seemed inviting, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The waitress ignored me after serving other customers, failing to even greet me or ask for my order. Despite my attempts to be friendly, I was met with no response. Disappointed by the lack of hospitality, I decided to go across the street to a different establishment where I was warmly welcomed. It's a shame when your own people let you down.
The food at this restaurant was terrible. I usually purchase curry goat from other establishments, but decided to try it here and I completely regret it. The dish had a bad smell and tasted even worse. It was extremely sour and the meat had large chunks of fat, making it very tough to chew.
So good. I’m no Caribbean cuisine expert, but this was fantastic. Got the beef stew with peas and rice, some cabbage, and a chicken patty. $15. Delicious and Enough for three meals. So good.

The oxtail soup only had three pieces in their large order, and it wasn't very flavorful. However, the dal roti was excellent and tasted fresh.
Good was very good and still hot when I got home. I got curry chicken and rice and peas . I will be coming back .
Food was delishhh! The owner, her daughter and her husband are qevet welcoming! I will be back from Long Island!
The best Guyanese food in Queens! Patty's is not all that great, but I love the owner.
