Katana is my favorite sushi restaurant since moving out of Seattle. We went to many before we found Katana. The fish is very fresh. Katana has wild salmon. That is a rare find. Rolls are delicious too. Matthew is a wonderful server.
This restaurant is loved by my three children, and I even introduced it to my boyfriend. It's always a special treat for all of us when we visit. The sushi is excellent and the staff are friendly and efficient.
The food was delicious and the service was great. My only suggestion would be to have a wider selection of beers. We will definitely be dining here again.
