I think you can only get good service here if you are a regular. Called my order in 20 minutes before arriving. The lady who took my order said it would be 15-20 minutes. When I got there she said it 'll be right up. 20 minutes later she came out with abag and said here you go , no mention of the over 40 minute wait being that I 'm on a 30 minute lunch break. I rushed to my carto get back to work and flipped open my Styrofoam box only to find a burger, no fries! ???? Sad Day! $15 for a burger ???? nofries. We then had to stand there while they all kinda played not it on taking us. Today we gave it another shot. First we again weregreeted with blank stares, then my order was wrong (ordered eggs, meat toast and got a burrito). We had a group of seven for lunch at Katrinah's and overall it was pretty good. They were short handed and warned us that the service might be slow when we got there. They did an awesome job and no one in the place seemed to mind an extra minute. The food was pretty good although my shredded pork burrito was cold and was barely warm after being microwaved. The rest of the entrees were very good to great. We'd probably go back and try some other items on the huge menu. I'd like to try one of the burgers next time.

The restaurant vibe feels like a episode of twin peaks. The food was also some of the lowest quality I've had. This may have been because the person cooking. The burgers were extra well done. The other meal tasted like it had expired. I will not be coming back here and assume most of the positive reviews are from seniors who have a loss of taste buds.

The food and service were excellent. I'll have to add some pictures. Very attentive and friendly staff. I had their Cobb Salad with Gyro Lamb meat and Onion rings. The Onion rings and home made Ranch were delicious. The Salad was fresh, the way it should be. Thanks for the Great Service, see you again soon. A definite must try. ?
Looked for a place for a quick bite as we were here just one night. This place was excellent. My wife had the portobello burger with steamed broccoli. I had the taco salad. Both were very tasty. Good service and reasonably priced. Can go wrong

Friday fish special. So delicious. First time we were here and we Will be back. Excellent service. Make sure you try the coffee!!!
