Katy's Vegan Kitchen is a new restaurant that opened six weeks ago in Queensland. Katy, the owner, is a beautiful animal lover who specializes in delicious vegan food. I was thrilled to discover her food stall in the city center of Picturesqueny. I recently tried her chocolate pudding with blueberries, as well as her chocolate fruit slice, both of which were fantastic. I can't wait to go back and try her basil pesto pasta and other dishes from her rotating menu of curries and spicy dishes. I highly recommend checking out Katy's Vegan Kitchen for some amazing food!
