I live very close to the Dublin location and have tried about 1/4 of their menu. All their sandwiches have been fantastic and it's easy to try new things here. Unfortunately they have very good food, otherwise I wouldn't think twice about never visiting again because their service times are awful. They may be the slowest sandwich shop in all of Columbus. I regularly order for lunch and I'm told a 20-30 minute wait which is understandable. I show up 30 minutes after orderingwith 2 other customers in the store and 3 other take out customers which still took another 30 minutes for them to make my 2 sandwiches. In the past, you could refill your own soft drinks and coffee, and the coffee was some of the best around for miles—now, that's no longer the case. We were never offered drink refills, and I'm pretty sure any would come at the cost of a new drink. Dining at Katzinger's used to be a cherished tradition, an occasion eagerly anticipated—now, it’s just disappointing and unfulfilling. The once-nostalgic experience now leaves diners feeling unsatisfied and greasy, burdened with the regret of not saving their appetite for something better. Katzinger's is still decent, but it's certainly not as great as it once was.
Delicious sandwich but it had red marker on the bread and I had to remove an entire piece of bread because the marker soaked through, before I could finish eating it. Pretty frustrating and gross. May want to change up the marker you use to write on the sandwich wrapper for to-go orders.
I cannot say enough about this restaurant! The food is flawless, the staff is always smiling and eager to please, and the restaurant is charming. Huge Shout Out to Roman, who made our experience so completely perfect!!

The Reuben tasted good but severely lacked toppings for how expensive it is $15 for a small sandwich with no sides? Ordered the potato latke for another $5 and only received 1? 1 cold latke for $5??
Food and service are great, but the price of the sandwich seems really high for the amount you get. We ordered the larger deli sizes and the serving size was underwhelming.
The chicken was fantastic, but they forgot to include the salad dressing and didn't provide any plastic utensils. It's difficult to enjoy a salad without dressing.
This salad is one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it!
