OMG when I tell you these cupcakes are heaven sent! I am suppose to be on a diet for the New Year, but with my moms bday celebration I just could not resist! All of the flavors are so amazing!!! My absolute favorite is the cookie butter! My goodness! A close second would be the strawberry crunch! I have tried so many flavors (yes I'm greedy, so what) and have not been disappointed. I have tried the key lime, strawberry cheesecake, Oreo, red velvet, chocolate, and lemon. I am sure Im missing some flavors but you get the point. They have ice cream as well which I will be trying on my next visit and will give an update. But on top of the incredible flavors, The owner is so sweet and helpful! Sh...
First time going but I will be returning several times over. The shop owner is very kind, down to Earth, and extremely welcoming, and her cupcakes match her energy. Each one tastes like a homemade cupcake that puts big bakeries to shame, and the fact that they're always stored in containers ensures the cake is always moist and the icing is always soft. Furthermore, the flavors are so well balanced and the cake-to-icing ratio is perfect. The biggest challenge I currently face is not going once a week.
Delicious cakes. Bad service. Always out of red velvet. Just had to make my own. Tastes way better too. I can no longer stop in here for a quick velvet fix, let alone ask her to purchase a whole cake. She'll tell you she's out and has stopped taking orders. My red velvet was a hit for Thanksgiving. This just encouraged me to do it myself going forward. Don't waste your time being disappointed when you want some good cake. Make it yourself. The recipes are online.
Glad to find this gem in Avondale estates!! Kay is always pleasant and the cupcakes are great! I love the variety she offers and she has specials $2 Tuesday's!!! unlike many other nearby bakeries! It's hard to choose a favorite but so far the strawberry crunch is my family's favorite. I highly recommend everyone try this place, you will not be disappointed. Support small business!

The banana pudding birthday cake was delicious. It TASTES like banana pudding. Something very different from the typical Kroger Publix birthday cakes. 2 of the missing cupcakes (key lime key lime/red velvet twist were devoured in the car. ALL of the cupcakes can be cakes. : The owner is very sweet. Worth the drive for her sweet treats.
As for the other cupcakes, they had a taste reminiscent of cornbread and didn't seem as fresh. They also didn’t have a long shelf life; after a couple of days, they became hard as a brick, and I had to throw the rest away. Despite these issues, I would consider giving this place another try in the future.
Kay's cupcakes are absolutely incredible! We tried the red velvet and double chocolate flavors, and they were incredibly moist with a wonderfully rich taste. Kay herself is a lovely and welcoming person, and I will definitely continue to support her business!
I have to begin by saying that these cupcakes are absolutely amazing! Every bite is moist and fresh! I really appreciate the creative flavors and beautiful presentation. You definitely don’t want to miss out on these!

I ordered the red velvet and vanilla cupcakes, and let me tell you! THEY ARE BOMB!!!! So moist and has the perfect amount of sweetness! Definitely will be ordering again!
