Currently, there are just apartments available along with a coffee shop, but it's not open on Wednesdays or Fridays! The apartments are very clean and equipped with everything you need for a getaway. We will definitely return. Thwaite village doesn’t have much else to offer—no pubs or restaurants—but it's perfect for those who enjoy walking in serene landscapes. For the more adventurous, there are hills to climb. If the weather is on your side, you won't be disappointed at Keartons!
They've been around for a few years, and I enjoy visiting every time. Their homemade ginger biscuits that accompany the coffee are a delightful touch! The stunning scenery is perfect for relaxation as well.
After a long walk near Thwaite, we enjoyed some lovely refreshments at this restaurant. I highly recommend the obstkuchen paired with Wensleydale cheese, along with the delicious commercial biscuits.
Friendly atmosphere, the landlords was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Beer was well kept. Cream scones and cheese scones where really nice, and served very fresh and hygienically. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
