Fuyez, Si la vous n avez pas passé votre commande au préalable par téléphone, prévoyez dans ce cas de 30 mn d attente. Vous n'êtes pas prévenu bien évidemment pour cette attente ni même excusé. Le gérant est une personne désagréable et irrespectueux aucune notion du relationnel commercial. Ce kebab se contente de ses clients habituels. On peut se rejouir qu au vu de l accueil et de la manière de s adresser à sa clientèle nouvelle ce kebab aurait fermé s il était sur Lyon. Il profite uniquement du monopole du marché sur l Arbresle et ses environs. Ayant exprimé mon mécontentement de la longue attente car j étais pressé et pas prévenu du délai, ils s expriment en turc pour récupérer l encaisse...

Good kebab is all... Commanded vegetal plate with pepper zucchini and open rice bulgour?!! And with white sauce that didn't really look like a white sauce but rather has a tartare sauce that poured well in the bag .... What disappointment really... and paid dearly for it. disappointed
