En passant à 15h, je m aperçois que la viande reste sur la broche, à temperature ambiante, sans cuire, jusqua la réouverture le soir ... ces personnes ne doivent pas conaitre les regkes d hygiene visiblement... je n ose pas imaginer le nombre de bacteries le soir ... A deconseiller fortement ... sauf si vous voulez passez unsale quart d heure apre !!!!
