order was delivered to me by mistake. i explained that i had covid and since we already ordered a takeaway from elsewhere we had opened it. called up as soon as we realised the mistake and was met with abuse, followed up with being told we could keep it. around 15 minutes later i was called again and was told a driver was on his way to collect and redeliver. when i, once again, told the person on the phone we had covid and had opened and touched it, he said he understood and still wished to redeliver. i also explained that because he said we could have it, we started eating it. he said “yes i said you could have it, not keep it” and was followed up with more abuse and when i finally was able...
Took over 2 hours from pre order at 4.20 before the shop opened. This isnt good enough, I only ordered a kebab and chips. After 1 hour had past I called up and the man on the phone said my order is at the shop and waiting for delivery driver to get back. I then called again and he said the food is still at the store. I said it must be cold now and he said dw we keep it hot. He said he would send the driver alone with my order. So that confirms that even if u pre order then will wait to accumulate mass orders before sending a driver. Another 25 mins later it arrived obviously chips were cold and had been sat around for ages. The kebab itself had a fair bit of meat but this is a shocking servi...
This business succeeds off the back of Falmouths drunken revelers at night when no other options are available other than their sister business next door. The food is of poor quality and expensive and the staff can be rude as we witnessed them being to other customers. On a slightly positive note the restaurant has a modern feel with clear menu screens an open kitchen. The seating area can become filthy at times could do with more staff attention in keeping it clean. However, It is what it is doesn't pretend to be anything other so don't expect too much.
The website states that it takes 1 hour to prepare and deliver orders. However, after waiting for 1 and a half hours, I called the takeout restaurant and was told that they were understaffed but my order was on its way. Another 30 minutes passed before the pizzas finally arrived. Unfortunately, the service was very poor, which is disappointing because the pizzas are usually delicious.

The people who run this place are dirty, ignorant and have no manners. They will also overcharge and scam you if using a debit or credit card. All their other shops (Cod on the corner) in the town do this! Do not give them your money!! You have been warned!
I waited inside for my pizza, and the man who came from outside after smoking a cigarette just started making the pizza without washing his hands. I told him to keep the pizza due to the disgraceful and disgusting behavior at this place.
This restaurant has really declined in quality. I can't believe this takeaway is still operating. I won't be ordering from here again. It's a complete rip off.
Ordered via their app at around 5.15pm on a Saturday. Food was eventually delivered at 7.15 ish (luke warm)! Nice kebab, sad no chilli, but too long to wait.

Wrong order. Rude response when called and surprisingly not the first time either. The reputation around town proceeds to remain correct.
